About

Mahalia is a San Francisco Bay Area artist who received an MA from Mills College, and Doctor of Ministry, including an art-as-meditation component, from San Francisco Wisdom University. Since 2010, she has engaged in creating and studying art and photography.

Her artwork has been exhibited in Juried Art Shows, including the Marin County Fair Art Show 2025, where she was awarded 2nd place for photography and an Honorable Mention for photo collage.

She is an avid traveler, meditator, dancer, art enthusiast, and is the author of the book, Pathways To Awakening: Expanding Love and Awareness.
